The No FEAR Act requires federal agencies to train all federal employees on their rights and responsibilities under federal anti-discrimination, anti-retaliation and whistleblower protection laws. The law also strongly recommends that all managers receive training in the management of a diverse workplace, conflict resolution and essential communication skills. This highly interactive course from Brightline Compliance provides federal supervisors and managers with an explanation of how federal EEO, anti-retaliation and whistleblower protection laws impact the workplace.
